EXPERIENCE, ACROSS DIFFERENT CAPACITIES

Teams we’ve worked
on or with.

Our experience includes work with these brands through different roles, teams and collaborations.

Experience held across individual roles and collaborations. Engagements and responsibilities varied by brand.

PROGRESS, MADE VISIBLE

The work should
make a difference.

For GEO and SEO engagements, we agree a baseline and track the signals that matter to your store. These are our measurement methods.

01 / THE SCORECARD

Share of answer

The percentage of prompts in your fixed prompt set where an assistant names your brand.

How we measure it

100–300 frozen prompts, run weekly against each major assistant, multiple runs per prompt to average out sampling noise.

Noisy month to month. We report a rolling average alongside the raw figure, and we tell you how many runs it averages.

02 / THE SCORECARD

Citation share

How often your domain is actually linked as a source, rather than just mentioned.

How we measure it

Captured in the same runs, recorded per assistant because attribution behaviour differs enormously between them.

Always lower than share of answer, sometimes by a lot. A brand can be named constantly and linked rarely.

03 / THE SCORECARD

Source gap

Which domains get cited for your category's questions instead of you, and on which specific claims.

How we measure it

Every cited URL is logged and clustered by claim type, then ranked by how often it displaces you.

The most actionable number on this page and the least impressive-looking in a slide. It is usually a short list.

04 / THE SCORECARD

Indexed money pages

How many of the collections and products that can actually convert are indexed and served.

How we measure it

Search Console coverage reconciled against a crawl and against your own revenue-by-URL data.

Often the fastest-moving number in the first quarter, because most stores are leaving indexable pages on the floor.

05 / THE SCORECARD

Non-branded organic revenue

Revenue from sessions that did not start with someone typing your brand name.

How we measure it

GA4 segmented against Search Console query data, reported monthly against the week-one baseline.

The number that matters most and moves slowest. Branded traffic growth can mask a non-branded decline for months.

06 / THE SCORECARD

AI referral sessions

Sessions arriving from assistant surfaces, and what they do once they land.

How we measure it

Referrer classification plus UTM hygiene, with assisted-conversion paths tracked separately.

Volumes are small relative to classic organic today. Intent quality is typically higher. Both things are true.

A SHARED VIEW

You see what we see.

Clear reporting, the underlying data and a conversation about what to do next.

  • 01A monthly report that opens with the week-one baseline, so movement is always in context
  • 02Raw run data, not just summary charts — you can audit every number we publish
  • 03An explicit list of what we shipped that month, linked to the PRs
  • 04A stop-doing list: work we recommend killing, including our own
  • 05A working session with your team, rather than a PDF sent over the wall
